Be able to have completely private boards in paid Workspaces

      User Problem

      Users in Premium and Standard Workspaces would like to be able to create completely private boards.

      Suggested Solutions

      Allow admins to access a setting that allows members to create private boards. Admins can request access to those boards, or the user creating can select which admin can view the board.

      Current Workarounds

      Users would need to create the board in a separate Workspace.
