Issue Summary

When multiple images are present consecutively in a card description, the "remove" button inaccurately represents the deletion process. Specifically, suppose a user attempts to remove the top image in a sequence. In that case, the editor incorrectly displays the removal of the bottom image until changes are saved, at which point the display corrects itself.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new Card
2. Attach two images in the description.
3. Click the "remove" button in the first image attached.

Expected Results

The selected image disappears.

Actual Results

The image below the selected disappears until the user clicks on the "Save" button.

Workaround

Remove all the images and re-upload
