Remove email thread from card comments created by email to card from Outlook

      User Problem

      When replying to an email thread from the card email address, using Outlook, a card comment is added with the entire email thread. The user then needs to edit the comment and manually remove the thread.
      They would like replies from Outlook to only include the most recent reply, similar to replies from Gmail.

      Suggested Solutions

      Remove previous email thread and only include the new reply for email replies sent from Outlook.
