User Problem
When a member creates automation rules/buttons and is removed from a board, the rules/buttons they setup will continue to run. Workspace admins are not able to easily see, edit, or disable these rules/buttons unless that member is added back to the board
Steps to Reproduce
1 - Create an automation on a board
2- Share it with library and enable it on the board through the library panel
3 - The creator is removed from the board and Workspace
4 - The workspace admin opens the Automation panel,
5- They don't have the option to see the automation set on the removed user even tho the automation is running.
Expected Results
Workspace admin be able to delete or disable the shared automation button/ rule
Or once a user is removed from the board, the automation should stop working with them.
Actual Results
The shared automation button/ rule deletion button is grey out and the button cannot be removed.
Workaround
If an automation is running with no visible reference, temporarily adding back the member that created the rule will allow them to disable that configuration. https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/administrative-powers-in-butler/
Card buttons cannot be deleted by an admin. Users will need to open their Automation library and hide the card button for their individual account.
