Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a card and name it Test #11 for example
2. Wait to be indexed
3. Try to search on the global search for the card using its full name
4. You won't see a result, if you remove the #11 you'll find the card.

Expected Results

Be able to search card titles with the character #.

Actual Results

You can't find the card, and you see the error "We couldn't find anything matching your search."

Workaround

Remove the # from the search.
