In the current implementation of both our desktop app and the web version of the workspace view, clicking on cards automatically opens them in a new tab. It would be beneficial to consider implementing an option that allows users to toggle between opening links in a new tab or in the same tab. This feature should be available for both the web and desktop app versions, providing a more flexible and customizable user experience.
