As a Trello user, I can search for a Member to add to a card using a partial name and will only see names starting with those characters, so that I don't see unrelated Member suggestions

User Problem

When viewing a card back, and clicking the Member button to search for users to add to the card, a search field is available. Typing in a partial name returns all users with those characters in their name, regardless of position.

Example: If I want to add "Arpit" as a member, I would start typing "Ar"
I would expect Arpit to be a first result, but may also see Gary or Parker as top results, adding extra clutter to my results

Suggested Solutions

• Only show results where the partial match is with the first characters in a name, and not show matches with middle or end characters that match
• Sort the search result list so that "starts with" matches are ranked over "contains" matches, so the most relevant matches are at the top

Current Workarounds

None currently. All partial matches will be returned, so the desired member can be found - but extra results will also be present
