Issue Summary

Card Repeater Power-Up icon also does not work when you click it. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a card to repeat
2. Click the Repeat button
3. Select a day and time
4. Hit Save button

Expected Results

The card repeater details will save on the card

Actual Results

Save button becomes grey and nothing happens

The below exception is thrown in the console log file:

{message: 'Error setting recurrences', statusCode: 500, reason: 'Operation `recurrences.findOneAndUpdate()` buffering timed out after 10000ms', isOperational: true}

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
