Issue Summary

If a user's account does not have a profile photo or avatar set on their Atlassian account at https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility, the profile icon in the Trello header menu is invisible.

This occurs in light and dark mode. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to your account and remove the profile photo or initials by clicking on the camera icon > Remove
2. Go to Trello, refresh the page and notice there is no profile indicator in header bar

Expected Results

An indicator is shown that a user's profile settings/dropdown can be accessed.
