Issue Summary

Users using the Trello Desktop app on Windows machines are blocked when dragging and dropping files to their cards. When they drag and drop a file to their cards while using the app, they’ll see a block icon on the mouse cursor instead of the plus sign icon indicating they can drop the file to be uploaded.

Steps to Reproduce

Can't be reproduced. We'll update this section once we have clear steps on how to reproduce this issue. 

Expected Results

Users should be able to drag and drop any file to their cards when using the Desktop app for Trello on Windows. 

Actual Results

Users are blocked from dragging and dropping files to their cards when using the Desktop app for Trello on Windows.

Workaround

Users affected by this bug can attach their files using the “Attachment” button on the card’s back. This will allow them to continue attaching files to their cards as expected.
