Issue Summary
Customers are experiencing an issue where they can't upload HEVC video files under 250 MB from their iPhones to their Premium Workspace using the Trello iOS app. The error message received states that the files are larger than 250 MB, which contradicts the actual file size.
Steps to Reproduce
- Record or select an HEVC video file on an iPhone that is under 250 MB.
- Open the Trello app on the iPhone.
- Attempt to upload the video to a card in a Premium Workspace.
Expected Results
The HEVC video file should upload successfully to the card in the Premium Workspace, provided it is under the 250 MB size limit.
Actual Results
The Trello app displays an error message: "We cannot upload one or more attachments because they are larger than 250 MB," despite the file being under the size limit.
Workaround
Customers can upload the video file to a service like Google Drive, download it to a desktop device, and then attach it to Trello via a web browser. This method bypasses the issue.
