As a Trello Workspace admin, I would like to have a clearer button to remove a Workspace member

      User Problem

When we try to remove a member from a Workspace by clicking the "Remove" button, it opens a popover with a "Remove from Workspace" button, a checkbox to remove from all boards, and a "Deactivate" button (only visible on paid Workspaces).

The problem is that those buttons don't look like buttons, and users believe it's only a text message. After clicking the "Remove" button, people expect the member to be removed, and it's not clear that we need to click "Remove from Workspace" to confirm the action.

      Suggested Solutions

One option is to change the text to "Click here to remove from Workspace" and "Click here to deactivate".

The most indicated option is to make the button look like most buttons. For example, when we choose "Leave" for our own user, there's a clear "Leave Workspace" button. We should have the same for removing and deactivating members.
