    • 1
    • Severity 3 - Minor

      Issue Summary

The user selects multiple files from their computer, then copies these files and pastes them into a checklist item to add them as separate checklist items, but the files are not uploaded and added as attachments.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Select multiple files from your computer
      2. 'Copy' them
      3. Open a card and create a new checklist
      4. Select 'Add an item'
      5. 'Paste' in the files

      Expected Results

Checklist items with files names are added and files are uploaded as attachments.
Screenshot example added of expected results.

      Actual Results

Only checklist items are added, and files are not uploaded as attachments.

      Workaround

Add the attachments separately after adding the checklist items (https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/adding-attachments-to-cards/)

      • Copy files from your computer and paste using 'CTRL + V' (Windows) or 'CMD + V' (Mac) to add the attachments.
      • Drag and drop the files from your local documents folder and into the card
      • Use the 'Attachments' button and select the files from your computer
