Issue Summary

Typically, users can leave a board via the "Leave board" option in the board menu. However, if a board is set to read-only (due to collaborator limit), that option doesn't exist. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Be a member of a board set to read-only
2. Try to leave the board by opening the board menu
3. Notice there isn't an option to

Expected Results

"Leave board" is an option in the board menu.

Actual Results

"Leave board" is not an option in the board menu.

Workaround

Users can leave the board by clicking Share then next to their account, click on the dropdown and select Leave board.
