Issue Summary

If the customer reaches our hard limit of lists opened/archived at the same time on given board, the button on the Archive section to delete/send back to board vanishes

Steps to Reproduce

Have a board with 3k lists between opened/archived
Open the Archive section

Expected Results

The button to send back to board is not there (or greyed out), and the button to delete is still there.

Actual Results

No buttons are shown.

Workaround

Create a new dummy board, move the lists you want to delete from one board to another, and then delete that board - which also deletes all the lists there.

After moving just a few boards, the button should reappear again.
