Show clearer messaging when a deactivated user in a Workspace or Ent attempts to join a board (via invite)

      Issue Summary

      If a user has been deactivated in a Workspace/Enterprise and attempts to join a board they were invited to (via the invite link), an error message appears that states "User already has a membership".

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a board and Workspace with 2 users
      2. Deactivate one of those users (who should already be a board member)
      3. Generate an invitation link
      4. Share with deactivated user
      5. As deactivated user, visit invite link and click "Join"
      6. Notice error message stating that you already have membership.

      Expected Results

      Error message states that the account is deactivated in the Workspace or Enterprise, and that the user needs to reach out to a Workspace/Enterprise admin to get their account reactivated.

      Actual Results

      Vague error message: User already has a membership

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
