Issue Summary

When copying text from a comment with an image below the text and then pasting the copied text into a quote block in a new comment, the image inserts below the pasted text and appears to load forever. When saving this comment, the quote block appears empty, without either the text or the image. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a comment to any card with text and an image inserted below the text
2. Save the comment
3. Open the editor to add a new comment to the same card
4. Copy the text from the comment with the image without editing that comment
5. Insert a quote block into the new comment
6. Paste the copied text into the new comment

Expected Results

The text is inserted into the quote block and appears in the comment after the comment is saved.

Actual Results

The image is also pasted into the quote block, with a 1. numbered list item. The quote block in the new comment is empty, and neither the text nor the image appear.

Workaround

If the image and numbered list item are deleted and only the text is left in the quote block, the comment should save and render the quote block with text as expected.
