Ability to restrict the use of export board data options

      User Problem

      Currently, users on a board, including guests, can export board data using the "Export as CSV" and "Export as JSON" options.

      Suggested Solutions

      From a security perspective, it would be beneficial to restrict this functionality by user type. For example, guests could be prevented from using these options.
