As a Trello user, I'd like .eml files to only be added to cards when necessary in Email-to-Board

      User Problem

      Currently, when I send an email to create a card on a board the email is added as an attachment to the card in a file named original-email.eml as well as to the description of the card.

      This happens both when an email is summarized by Atlassian Intelligence and when the email is added directly to a card. When an email isn't being summarised this is duplicating the information that's already in the card.

      Suggested Solutions

      Change this so that the attachment with the original email is only added to a card when it's been summarised by Atlassian Intelligence.

      OR create a setting if you want to have the original-email.eml attached or not.

      Current Workarounds

      Currently, users must manually delete the .eml attachments from Trello cards after they are created.
