Reduce the size of a template banner on mobile

      User Problem

      If you edit a template board on mobile the banner takes up 30% of the screen making it hard to edit the board. It would be great if the banner was smaller and not as intrusive. 

      Current Workarounds

      Editing the template board from the web version or a desktop app works fine.
