Hovering over action timestamp doesn't show exact date and time action occurred

      Issue Summary

      Previously, when you hover over an action's timestamp (that is less than a day ago i.e. 2 hours ago), the exact date and time would appear. Now, nothing happens.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to a card
      2. Perform an action such as marking a checklist item as complete or adding a comment to the card
      3. Notice the card action shows "just now"
      4. Hover your mouse over "just now" and notice the time and date isn't shown

      Expected Results

      Hovering over a timestamp shows date and time

      Actual Results

      Nothing happens

      Workaround

      Open board activity, find action and hover over timestamp to find exact date and time.
