As a mobile, user I want tel: protocol support in the card title

      As a mobile user, I want the card title to support the "tel:" protocol so that I can easily tap on a phone number to call it.

      Suggested Solutions

      support tel: protocol in the card title. This would match the behavior of the card description

      Current Workarounds

      add phone number to card description instead
