Issue Summary

If you convert a checklist item to a card, the card in which the new card is created from incorrectly shows "[User] converted this card from a checklist item on [card name]"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a checklist item on a card
2. Click on the more options button
3. Select "Convert to card"
4. Refresh the page
5. Activity on original card shows "[User] converted this card from a checklist item on [card name]" (also shows on newly created card)

Expected Results

Show action on original card with context to newly created card, i.e. "[User] converted [checklist item name with hyperlink to new card] from a checklist item on this card".

Actual Results

Incorrect action shown on original card:  "[User] converted this card from a checklist item on [card name]".

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
