Issue Summary

When attempting to add a link within a comment on a Trello card, users encounter an issue where the Cancel and Insert buttons become inaccessible if the link popup box appears above the comment box.

Steps to Reproduce

1- Open a Trello card.
2- Scroll down to a lower position on the screen where the comment box is near the bottom.
3- Click on the icon to add a link within the comment box.
4- Observe the position of the link popup box.

Expected Results

The link popup box should be fully accessible, with the Cancel and Insert buttons visible and usable, regardless of its position relative to the comment box.

Actual Results

When the link popup box appears above the comment box, the Cancel and Insert buttons are hidden behind the menu items of the comment box, making them inaccessible.

Workaround

Avoid keeping the comment box close to the bottom of the screen so that the popup box can be seen at the bottom.
