Issue Summary

When users click on a hyperlink pointing to a different link (e.g., https://www.google.com), they're presented with the option to continue or go back.

Selecting either of these options will open the card's description in edit mode.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a link to your card's description that points you to a different site, and save it.
2. Click on the link, and select either "Go back" or "Continue"
3. You'll notice the card's description entered into edit mode. 

Expected Results

Opening links that redirect you to a different website shouldn't enable the edit mode for the card's description.

Actual Results

Opening links that redirect you to a different website enables the edit mode on cards' descriptions.
