User Problem

Currently, sharing Automation buttons is limited and can be confusing too, the current sharing options allow for the below configurations:

• When just Anyone in the Workspace can enable this button, it's enabled for everyone on the board including Guests but is only enabled on the one board, it can't be added to others.
• When just Show on all Workspace Visible boards is enabled, the button is shown on all the boards in their Workspace but only for Workspace members. Guests are unable to see the button on any of the boards.
• If both options are enabled, the button is shown on all the boards in their Workspace but only for Workspace members. Guests are still unable to see the button on any of the boards.

Suggested Solutions

Swap the current sharing options for the ones below:

• Enabled on this board - An option to enable the button on just one board
• Show on all Workspace boards - An option to enable the button on all boards in the Workspace
• Show on specific boards - a dropdown to enable this on specific boards in the Workspace but not on others.
• Share button with Guests - An option to have the button shared with guests regardless of the number of boards it's enabled on

Current Workarounds

If you want to share a button with guests and have it shown on all boards in the Workspace, right now you have to manually recreate the button on each Board you want to show it on and enable the Anyone in the Workspace can enable this button setting.
