Issue Summary

When you have some custom fields on a given board and copy a card from that board to another one, the button to access the Custom fields are removed from the Board menu and the Card back.
This is reproducible on Data Center: Yes

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a board A
• Create a list and a card
• Create 4 or 5 different Custom fields
• Create a new board B
• Move the card from board A to board B

Expected Results

You see the custom fields, and the custom fields button after moving.

Actual Results

Initially, the button and the custom fields are missing from the board.

Workaround

From testing it internally, you can either:

• Refresh the browser a few times using cmd + r or ctrl + r
• Reset the browser cache
• Access in incognito window
