Issue Summary

Users can experience issues when trying to upload large files to their cards when using the iOS app, resulting in the upload timeout. When it does, the user doesn't get feedback that the upload timed out.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a card while using the iOS app
2. Try uploading a large file to the card (more than 150MB).
3. You'll see a spinning wheel indicating the file is being uploaded, but the same spinning wheel keeps resetting itself over and over, indicating the upload has timed out
   

Expected Results

Any file, regardless of size, should be uploaded and attached to Trello cards on the iOS app.

Actual Results

Large files are timing out when being uploaded and attached to cards on the iOS app.
