Issue Summary

The Card Repeater Power-Up doesn't recognize the correct days of the week. For example, in the attached screenshot, "next Monday" is recognized as Sep 8, when it is in fact Sep 9.

Steps to Reproduce

The issue hasn't been reproduced in other Atlassian accounts. 

1. Add the Card Repeater Power-up to a board
2. Go to a card to create a repeat rule
3. Choose a day of the week for the repeat

Expected Results

See how the day of the week corresponds to the date of the month. 

Actual Results

Days of the week aren't recognized correctly. Users report the UI shows the day BEFORE the expected day instead. E.g.:

For new repeats, when I use "Repeat" it uses the day before the due day / date to repeat. e.g. I select to repeat every Wednesday and it repeats every Tuesday or I select to repeat on 4th of the month and it repeats on 3rd of the month.  Repeats I had previously configured appear to be working fine.

Workaround

A possible workaround would be to begin using Automation to create cards using a Scheduled rule. We have more information about this new functionality below:
