Issue Summary

In some cards @ mentions in the card description aren't being formatted properly

Instead of showing @username they're being shown as @:123456 with the ID of the account that's been mentioned.

This prevents any users viewing the card from easily knowing who has been mentioned in a card.

Only appears to affect 1 board currently but the bug is there for anyone who views the affected cards.

Roughly 500 cards are affected on the board having these troubles

Users of the affected board believe this bug slowly affected more cards that weren't originally affected but have been unable to gather what causes more cards to be affected.

Looking through the activity on the cards in the JSON, there's no actions shown for the description being updated past when the original escalation

When viewing a card description any mentions should be shown as:

 @username

Actual Results

Instead on a large number of cards they're being shown as below with 123456... being replaced with the ID of the account that's been tagged

@:123456...
