As a Workspace admin, I can control whether guests can request to join the Workspace, so that I don't receive unnecessary requests

      User Problem

      In some cases, a person is invited to a single board or a few boards in a Workspace but does not need access to the rest of the Workspace. When these users see the suggestion to request access to the Workspace in the bottom left corner of Trello, this sometimes leads them to believe that they should have more access and to make a request. If this happens frequently, it causes frustration for the Workspace admin, who then needs to manage those requests.

      Suggested Solutions

      Add an admin setting that controls whether the “Request to join Workspace” prompt is displayed in the Workspace.

      Current Workarounds

      There is no workaround for preventing requests or hiding this prompt; however, admins can choose to reject the request or ignore it.
