Issue Summary

Moving a board (with some existing members) from a Premium Workspace (also with some existing members) to a Free Workspace fails if the move results in the collaborator limit is exceeded on the destination Workspace. There's no error message explaining why it happened.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Attempt to move a board from the Premium Workspace to a Free Workspace using these steps: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/moving-a-board-to-a-different-workspace/
2. The move will present as complete, but you'll receive a "You do not have permissions error"
3. Refresh the board and destination Workspace.

Expected Results

The board shouldn't be able to be moved to the destination Workspace.

An error should display indicating why it couldn't be moved, specifically because of the Workspace collaborator limits change.

Actual Results

Trello shows momentarily that the board has been moved, although a "You do not have permissions" error appears.

The board is not present in the destination Workspace. It reverts back to the old Workspace automatically.

The board will not appear in that Workspace, even though it seemed like the move was complete.

Workaround

Remove collaborators on the destination Workspace or board being moved to keep it within the 10 collaborator limit.
