Issue Summary

If a card has a card cover set to the large setting (i.e. header), keyboard shortcuts won't work as expected.

For example, the labels shortcut "l" won't show the labels modal. However, the archive card ("c") shortcut does work.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a card
2. Add a card cover
3. Set the card cover to the large setting
4. Close card
5. Hover over card and press "l" labels shortcut
6. Notice nothing happens

Expected Results

Labels modal appears as it does on other cards.

Actual Results

Labels modal does not appear and keyboard shortcuts don't work.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
