Adding a card breaks horizontal board scrolling

      Issue Summary

      Unable to horizontal scroll on a board after adding a card

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to https://trello.com/b/AwMwhP74/test-34.
      2. Join the board.
      3. Click "add a card"  under the "test1" list.

      Expected Results

      The user can scroll horizontally after clicking "add a card"

      Actual Results

      The user is unable to scroll horizontally to the"test9" list.

      Workaround

      Refresh the page after adding the card or click on the board to close the new card input field
