User Problem

I'd like to set more granular permissions on a Trello board to control who can move cards/lists outside of the board without making them an Observer and restricting other actions.

Suggested Solutions

Add an option in the board settings to restrict who can move cards/lists outside of the board.

Current Workarounds

Making someone an Observer prevents them from being able to move cards/lists, but this also stops them from completing other actions on the board
