When an image is added inline to a comment, don't show in card activity history

      User Problem

      When an image is added inline in a comment, the image is added as an attachment and is shown in the card activity history and the image looks "duplicated" in the card.

      Suggested Solutions

      Don't show images added in comments in the card activity history, or, add "All", "Comments" and "History" tabs to filter card action history.

      Current Workarounds

      Click "Hide details" on card back, however, that could hide other important card actions.
