Allow admins to change Trello usernames of managed accounts

      User Problem

      Admins don't have any control over the Trello usernames of managed accounts.

      Suggested Solutions

      Introduce a feature that provides admins with control over modifying Trello usernames for managed users. This feature could allow admins to either enable managed users to change their usernames or restrict username modifications solely to admins.

      Current Workarounds

      Currently, users must manually change their usernames by visiting https://trello.com/u/your.
