When setting the due date of a card, the year set is a few years in the future, not the current year.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set your Atlassian account language to Thai
2. Create a test card
3. Set a due date

Expected Results

The current year is automatically set.

Actual Results

The year is randomly set.

Workaround

Set the account language to another language, e.g., English.
