Issue Summary

Tagging a board member in a card comment via automation does not guarantee that the tagged member will see a notification badge in the Trello web or mobile app.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a board
2. Add account 2 to this board
3. Create an automation rule or button to add a comment tagging account 2 on a comment
4. Run the automation
5. On account 2 - you will not receive a notification badge; only if you manually click the notification bell.

Expected Results

Tagged member should see a notification badge indicating a new, unread notification.

Actual Results

The tagged member does not see a notification badge.

Workaround

Tagged member can still see the notification by clicking the notification icon, but there is currently no known workaround to ensure that the notification badge appears.
