Issue Summary

When opening a card with a due date or when adding a due date, the due date check box doesn't show up.
When adding an attachment, the thumbnail doesn't load.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

Open Trello
Click on the home page > board
Open a board
Open a card and add a due date
Drag and drop an attachment (or click on the attachments button)

Expected Results

You will see the due date check box and the attachment thumbnail

Actual Results

The checkbox of the due date doesn't load
The attachment thumbnails don't load

Workaround

Refresh (F5) the browser will make both appear.
