User Problem

Link cards lack features of regular cards such as labels, members, dates, and comments. This makes this card type less useful, as users can't add important context about the task the card represents and can't use features such as filtering or Views with these cards.

Suggested Solutions

Some possibilities:

• Allow limited additional data (e.g., only labels, members, and dates) to be added to link cards.
• Allow users to designate a link attachment as the card cover, which would look like the existing link cards from the board view but would have a full card back like a regular Trello card.

Current Workarounds

Users can convert the link card to a regular card and add the link to the description or as an attachment instead.
