The editor doesn't work with Japanese IME

      Issue Summary

      The editor doesn't work with Japanese IME.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Activate the IME by switching the input language
      2. Set the IME mode to Full-width(全角)
      3. Type "tesuto"(てすと)
      4. Hit enter key to determine the character
      5. Hit enter key to start a new line
      6. Hit the del key to remove the characters in Step.4

      Repeat steps 4 ~ 6, and sometimes the issue occurs.

      Expected Results

      "てすと" is entered

      Actual Results

      "えすとt" is entered

      Workaround

      No workarounds so far.
