Issue Summary

Revoking the Dashcards token deactivates all dashcards you created and won't be editable. Reactivating the dashcard will return a 403 error. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable to Dashcards Power-up
2. Create one dashcard in your board
3. Copy that dashcard to create a new card
4. Go to https://trello.com/my/account to revoke the Dashcards token
5. Go to the dashcards and refresh
6. Disable and enable the Dashcards Power-up

Expected Results

Opening the dashcards will also open the configuration there. You can edit the dashcards. 

Actual Results

There is a Reactivate button and when you click it, it will return a blank screen. Open the console log and you'll see a 403 Forbidden error. 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
