Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) 

The search behavior changes if you're filtering starred boards.

If you use the filter "is:starred," you need to type the whole word to get results. Typing part of the word doesn't bring results.

However, if you don't use the filter "is:starred" you can search by typing part of the word without a problem.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Search on your top right corner: is:starred (put part of a card name}
2. It won't bring results, but if you remove the is:starred it will.

Expected Results

The search should behave identically searching with the prefix "is:starred" or not. 

Actual Results

It doesn't bring results.

Workaround

Type the entire word while searching with the prefix "is:starred".
