User Problem

Have a more manageable list of users to list from when searching for a user to invite to an Enterprise workspace. 

Suggested Solutions

As an Enterprise admin, I want the option to restrict the list of shown users on the search to free-managed accounts, managed users, and Enterprise users. Currently, when an Enterprise user wants to share their board with other users or invite a new member to their Workspace, the search will show all users across Trello as results for them, which could lead end-users to error and end up sending an invitation to the incorrect user. It's possible to block users' invitations to be sent based on the settings on the Enterprise, but I believe we could have this feature for Enterprise customers who want to have a tighter Enterprise to their users.
