Issue Summary

When there are multiple checklist items with similar titles, you check off 1 item, but all other items with identical titles get checked off as well. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create several checklist items with identical titles but on different boards
2. Go to the "Your items" section on the Home page
3. Find one of the "identical" checklist items and check it as complete

Expected Results

One item gets checked off. 

Actual Results

Multiple items with identical titles get checked off along with 1 click. 

Workaround

Open each card separately to check off items there.
