Issue Summary

Card Repeater Power-Up creates 2 cards with 1 rule. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add the Power-Up to a board
2. Create a rule to repeat a card monthly

Expected Results

A rule runs successfully and creates 1 card on the selected date. 

Actual Results

The rule runs twice and creates a card 1 day before and on the selected date. 

Workaround

A possible workaround would be to begin using Automation to create cards using a Scheduled rule. We have more information about this new functionality below:
