This is reproducible on Data Center: Yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a card, give it any title
2. Edit the description and insert a list by typing "- [space] test123"
3. Add text to the first bullet and press enter to make a new bullet appear
4. Save the contents leaving the last bullet without text
5. Close and re-open the card
6. Notice that the card shows unsaved changes
7. Clicking on the description shows that the bullet changes into a dash . This is probably what's changed

Expected Results

Bullet point to be displayed as such and card unsaved changes need to be updated 

Actual Results

The card description shows unsaved changes 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
