Issue Summary
Some users are unable to switch to a Standard subscription while on a free trial. This only occurs for some subscriptions, but not others. This seems to be occurring on Premium Workspaces where we've applied a discount.
Steps to Reproduce
- Head to an affected user's Workspace on a Premium free trial
- Try to convert the Workspace to Standard
Expected Results
A 'Compare Plans' button will be available to allow users to move to the Standard subscription after the Premium free trial ends
Actual Results
No 'Compare Plans' button is available.
Workaround
None available in product. Support have to manually cancel the subscription, then let the affected user upgrade to Standard or provide them with a free month of Standard. Otherwise, they need to wait until the Premium free trial ends to then upgrade to Standard.
