Issue Summary

Deleting an attachment should be recorded in the card details, but after refreshing the page, it disappears.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add an attachment on a card
2. Delete the attachment on the card
3. Check the card details (you should see a message recorded: "User deleted the Attachment name from this card.")
4. Refresh the page, and this detail is gone 

Expected Results

When an attachment is deleted, it's supposed to be reflected in the card's history log.

Actual Results

The log shows the deletion but then disappears upon refreshing the page.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
